Hour of Code

Hour of Code The Hour of Code started last year as an initiative to start teaching children the logic behind learning to code. This is basically an introduction into programming. Next week is Computer Science in Education Week, and Wellington will be participating in THE HOUR OF CODE. All of our children in K-5 will be able to use drag/drop programming to complete puzzles that will cause something to happen in their program. We did this last year in grades 2-5, but this year, we are ALL giving it a try.
For more information, see the attached flyer.
